2013 HOME Rent Limits

HUD Washington has issued the 2013 HOME Rent Limits, effective June 1, 2013.  The new rent limits should be used as current tenants' leases are renewed or as new tenants sign leases after the effective date.

If the tenants pay their own utilities, the appropriate utility allowance must be subtracted from the published rent to determine the allowable HOME rent.  Please note that the format for the HOME Rent Limits shows the actual High and Low HOME rent.  The Fair Market Rent and the rents at the 50% and 65% limits are provided for information purposes only.
